Anya Taylor-Joy

The birth of Anya Taylor-Joy took place on 16 April 1996, in Miami Florida. She is half English and half Spanish She is the child of Dennis Alan Taylor a former banker and Jennifer Marina Joy a psychologist. The father of her is Argentine with Scottish-English descendance. Her mother is Spanish-English. The Taylor-Joy family was a clan of six children. Four of them are siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's dad. The family resided within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy aged 6 and after which they moved to the Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy claims that the move into London was difficult and that she was unable to take the time to learn English in order to prevent returning to Argentina. Hill House, a school located in the same area as Northlands was required to take her. She then enrolled at Queen's Gate School, where she studied dance and performed in productions. When she was 16, she quit the school to take on acting as a profession. Taylor-Joy has always known she wanted to be an actor. The opportunity was offered to her opportunity by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management, who offered her the opportunity to model.
